The Site
Arama Riverside Villas has secured a 36 Ara (3600 square metres) plot of leasehold land for forty years in Seminyak, the upmarket heart of Bali. On the site Arama Riverside Villas will be building six three bedroom villas and five two bedroom villas all with private pools, parking, reception area and full 24/7 security.
The Location
Arama Riverside is nestled by the side of the Badung River, an oasis of tranquility and calm in the heart of Seminyak but is less than 50 metres from the Legian road with all its famous bars and restaurants.

The Design
Arama Riverside villas have been designed by the well known Balinese architect Komang Jeghier from Jeghier architects based in Bali and Malaysia. Jeghier architects have completed an extensive portfolio of projects in Bali and overseas for individual villas, multi-villa developments and hotels. You will find their developments in Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi, Taiwan, Mexico and Florida.
